The Professor
Roy Hinkley, usually called the Professor, is one of the seven castaways in Gilligan’s Island. Portrayed by Russell Johnson, the character is a high school science teacher whose intelligence and practical knowledge make him one of the group’s most dependable members after they are stranded on the island.
