The Little Pale Girl is the overarching antagonist of Damien Leone's Terrifier (film series) franchise. She is the demonic entity one to have presumably revived Art the Clown after his suicide attempt at the end of the first film. She appears wearing the same clown get-up Art does for reasons unknown and appears to live for causing chaos in itself.
