(1918-96) Vice President (1969-73) and Governor of Maryland. A popular figure of the Right Wing, Agnew resigned from office after it became known that he had been accepting bribes from his earliest years in local office to his time as Vice President. After being indicted on bribery, conspiracy and tax fraud, Agnew plea bargained and was allowed to resign from office and plead guilty to tax evasion charges. He was later disbarred. This item is a signed 3x4.25 Governor of Maryland card.
