Primo
Primo was a mercenary and proxy to Ernst Stavro Blofeld, the incarcerated leader of SPECTRE. He was later employed by the terrorist Lyutsifer Safin. Portrayed by French-Algerian actor Dali Benssalah, he served as the tertiary antagonist of the 2021 James Bond film No Time to Die.
