Member of Knesset, the Israeli Parliament, for 8 consecutive times (1949 - 1974). One of only 2 women to sign the Declaration of Independence of the State of Israel. This item is a signed special edition cachet envelope from 1974 with an Eleanor Roosevelt stamp.
