Butch
Butch is a recurring neighborhood bully in the Our Gang comedy shorts, portrayed by Tommy Bond. He is best known as the tough, swaggering rival to the Gang, especially in his confrontations with Alfalfa and Spanky. In the series, Butch often appears with his sidekick Woim and serves as a comic antagonist whose bluster and schemes create trouble for the group.
