(1901-2000) A Disney comic illustrator who was the creator of 'Scrooge McDuck' and 'Huey, Dewey and Louie'. The mat contains a great color print of 'McDuck' together with Barks' signature. In 1991, he was named a "Disney Legend". The item is double matted, measures 14x18 and is made from acid free materials.
