This item is a document jointly signed by Mary Pickford Fairbanks (1892-1979) and Douglas Fairbanks (1883-1939). It is the second page of a legal agreement between Fairbanks, Pickford and United Artists Studio for the purchase of real estate in 1935. It is also signed by representatives of United Artists and the Fairbanks attorneys. This is fantastic.
