After his arrest in 1982, he became a government witness and entered the witness protection program. He provided information for Nicholas Pileggi's book 'Casino: Love and Honor in Las Vegas', which Martin Scorsese adapted into the 1995 film 'Casino'. This item is an 8x10 b/w signed young shot.
