The Enola Gay was the B-29 bomber that dropped the bomb on Hiroshima, Japan on August 6, 1945, effectively ending the war in the Pacific. This piece contains a b/w photograph of the aircraft, signed by Pilot Paul Tibbets and Radio Operator Richard Nelson, which has been matted with the signatures of Bombardier Tom Ferebee (deceased), Navigator Theodore 'Dutch' Van Kirk and Tailgunner George Caron (deceased). The item is professionally double matted, measures 12x16 and is ready to be framed. Fantastic item!
