This item is a limited edition (#66 of 250) hand painted animation cell entitled 'Popeye's Genie', showing Popeye offering his Genie some spinach! it is boldly signed in gold ink by Waldman. It has been professionally double matted to an overall size of 14x18. The cell bears a 1990 King Features limited edition gold sticker. This is fantastic!
