Soviet Cosmonauts. Valentina Tereshkova became the first woman in space in June 1963 in Vostok 6 and Valery Bykovsky, whose Vostok 5 flight was timed to coincide with Tereshkova's, set a manned duration record by spending 5 days in orbit at the same time. 8x10 b/w shot of the pair pictured with Nikita Khrushchev, signed In Person. Both are exceedingly RARE autographs.
