William Tyler Page gave to the citizens of the U.S. the American's Creed. Mr. Page described it as 'a summing up, in one hundred words, of the basic principles of American political faith'. This lot contains a signed typed letter dated January 30, 1933 measuring 6x9 on House Of Representatives letter head and a signed copy of the 'American's Creed. The letter reads 'Dear Mr. Pye: I am glad to have your card and to send you an autographed coly of the American's Creed. With All Good Wishes, Yours Sincerely, (Signed William Tyler Page).'
