Timothy Leary autographed Other
(1920-1996) Psychologist and LSD Guru. Fired by Harvard University for his experiments with psychedelic drugs. Leary retired to the Milbrook Estate where he became a guru to the counterculture. Sentenced to 10 years in prison for possession of two marijuana joints, he escaped from prison with the help of the Weather Underground and journeyed around the world, living for a time with Black Panther Eldridge Cleaver from whom he was also forced to escape. Arrested in Afghanistan, he returned to the U.S. and served in prison until 1976. In later years he was lecturer, writer and part of the Hollywood party scene. This item is a signed 8 ½ x 8 ½ Sheet of Blotter Acid Art in which all of the tiny squares go into making up a huge profile portrait of Leary. Very Colorful and a Highly unique display!
