(1902-1971) Political candidate. Remember Truman holding up the newspaper that read 'Dewey Defeats Truman'? This item has a signed typed letter on 'State of New York Executive Chamber' letterhead. It is dated November 6, 1947 and it has two punch holes at the top and the usual mailing folds.
