Henry W. Longfellow autographed Matted Ensemble
(1807-1882) One of America's most beloved and widely read poets, he is best known for 'Evangeline' (1847), 'The Song of Hiawatha' (1855) and 'The Courtship of Miles Standish' (1858). He was also pictured on the 1¢ US postage stamp in the Famous American/Poets series, issued 16 February 1940. This item is a vintage fountain pen signed card dated 1878 that has been professionally double matted with a b/w book page photo.
