(1873-1950) Founded Phillips 66 in 1917, along with his brother, Lee Eldas 'L.E.' Phillips, Sr. The company later became known as Phillips Petroleum in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. This item is a vintage signed typed letter dated September 13, 1935.
