(1884-1950) Switzerland born actor who starred in american silent films, even winning an Oscar, then returned to Germany to star in pro-Nazi films, which ended his careers elsewhere. This item is a vintage matte-finish 5.5 x 3.5 German postcard photo of Jannings from the 1939 biopic Robert Koch, der Bekämpfer des Todes, contemplating his next move as he disrobes a female corpse. Excellent!
