(1900-1985) Cartoonist and the creator of the 'Dick Tracy' comic strip, which he wrote and drew from 1931 to 1977. This item is a beautiful signed and INSCRIBED drawing of 'Dick Tracy'. It was once folded and comes with the original mailing envelope, which is dated 1959! Wonderful investment potential.
