(1855-1937) Mellon served as Secretary of the Treasury under the republican Presidents Harding, Coolidge, and Hoover and was ambassador to Great Britain from 1932-1933. This item is a 2x4 signed card. The lot also includes a pristine 1955 Mellon 3 cent stamp first day cover with an engraved portrait.
