Chase, Sec. of State William H. Seward, Sec. of the Navy Cideon Welles, Sec. of War Edwin M. Stanton, Ex-Sec. of War Simon Cameron and Ex-Sec. of the Interior Caleb B. Smith are all pictured. It has been newly professionally double matted to an overall size of 11x14 using all acid free materials. This item is not signed.
