Mr. Foss received the Congressional Medal of Honor for his role in the war, and later was elected to the South Dakota House of Representatives, later served as Governor, was the first Commissioner of the NFL, and was president of the NRA. This item contains a color print of the F4F Wildcat, the plane he flew, matted with his signature. The item is professionally double matted, measures 12x14, and is made with acid free materials, ready to be framed.
