WWII PBY Catalina Patrol plane pilot who received a Congressional Medal of Honor for his actions of Feb. 15, 1944 when he rescued, under heavy enemy fire, 15 US Army personnel who had been shot down in a battle in the Southwest Pacific. The item contains a color print of the PBY Catalina, matted with Gordon's signature. The item is professionally triple matted, measures 10x14, and is made with acid free materials, ready to be framed.
