Mussolini (1883-1945) was the Fascist dictator of Italy during World War II. Vittorio Emanuele (1869-1947) nicknamed 'The soldier king', was the King of Italy (July 29, 1900 – May 9, 1946), and claimed the titles Emperor of Ethiopia (1936 - 1943) and King of Albania (1939 - 1943). This item is a 9.5X15 document signed by both Mussolini and Emanuele dated 1935. There is some age wear on the document including yellowing and border damage.
