(1913-1994) 37th President of the United States. Widely known for his work in bringing world stability through dialogues with China, Mr. Nixon is best remembered for the Watergate scandal and his eventual resignation as President. This lot has a variety of very interesting items, all associated with his inauguration as President in 1973. It has two invitations to the inauguration, an original Inauguration Ceremonies Program, a copy of his 1969 Inaugural Address, two 6x9.5 b/w photos (with facsimile signatures) of Nixon and VP Agnew, a notice to ticket holders and two original tickets to the event. One of the tickets is signed by Richard Nixon! The entire package comes in the original Congress of The United States envelope. This is a one-of-a-kind lot from the most infamous Presidency of the last century.
