Deceased actor who is best known for 'The Phil Silvers Show'. 8x10 b/w signed & INSCRIBED (to Steve) portrait from 'The Chicken Chronicles'. If you look closely, you'll see that he actually signed it twice! There are a couple of minor sufrace scratches.
