Controversial Commissioner of Baseball. He was elected commissioner on Feb. 4, 1969 and served until Sept. 30, 1984. He is the person that kept Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle out of baseball for their employment with casinos, handed down one-year suspensions of several players for drug involvement. Baseball enjoyed unprecedented attendance and television contracts during his reign. A signed 3x5 card. He is a RARE autograph.
