He is the person that kept Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle out of baseball for their employment with casinos, handed down one-year suspensions of several players for drug involvement. Baseball enjoyed unprecedented attendance and television contracts during his reign. A signed 3x5 card. He is a RARE autograph.
