(1899-1987) Vaudville, Broadway and film star, who was often paired with Ginger Rogers. This piece contains a full length b/w signed and INSCRIBED (to Dick) vintage portrait. There are a couple of very minor surface waves and a 1/4 inch tear in the upper border, which doesn't detract at all from the piece. Superb item!
